Questo sito è una chat con la mia versione AI. Raccoglie pochissimi dati, non usa cookie e non ha strumenti di analisi o pubblicità. Qui spiego cosa succede alle informazioni che lasci.
Titolare del trattamento
Quali dati tratto e perché
Messaggi in chat. Quello che scrivi nella chat viene inviato al fornitore del modello AI che genera le risposte (OpenAI o Anthropic, vedi sotto). Io non salvo le conversazioni sui miei sistemi. Ti chiedo di non inserire in chat dati personali sensibili.
Base giuridica: legittimo interesse a offrirti il servizio che stai usando (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Modulo di contatto. Se mi scrivi dal modulo tratto nome, email, il tipo di richiesta, il messaggio e la conversazione che hai avuto in chat fino a quel momento, che allego per avere il contesto. Li uso solo per risponderti.
Base giuridica: rispondere a una tua richiesta, anche in vista di un eventuale incarico (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Dati tecnici. Come ogni sito, il server riceve il tuo indirizzo IP e alcune informazioni tecniche (browser, orario della richiesta). Li uso per far funzionare il sito, limitare gli abusi (per esempio troppe richieste in poco tempo) e risolvere errori.
Base giuridica: legittimo interesse alla sicurezza del sito (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
A chi arrivano i dati
- Cloudflare, Inc.: ospita il sito ed elabora le richieste.
- OpenAI, L.L.C. e Anthropic PBC: forniscono i modelli AI che generano le risposte della chat; in ogni momento ne uso uno dei due. Secondo i loro termini per l'API, i dati inviati non vengono usati per addestrare i modelli e vengono conservati solo per un periodo limitato. Dettagli su openai.com e anthropic.com.
- Google (Google Workspace / Apps Script, Sheets e Gmail): le richieste del modulo di contatto vengono salvate in un mio foglio Google e mi arrivano via email.
Questi fornitori trattano i dati per mio conto. Alcuni hanno sede negli Stati Uniti: il trasferimento avviene con le garanzie previste dagli artt. 44 e seguenti del GDPR (per esempio EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework o clausole contrattuali standard). Non vendo e non cedo i tuoi dati a nessuno.
Per quanto tempo
- Richieste dal modulo di contatto: per il tempo necessario a gestirle e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto, salvo che nasca un rapporto di lavoro.
- Dati tecnici e log: pochi giorni, secondo le impostazioni di Cloudflare.
- Messaggi della chat: io non li conservo. Il fornitore del modello AI li conserva per un periodo limitato secondo i suoi termini.
Cookie e memoria del browser
Il sito non usa cookie né strumenti di tracciamento, e i font sono serviti direttamente da qui, senza servizi esterni. Usa però la memoria locale del tuo browser (localStorage) per ricordare le tue chat, le bozze del modulo e la modalità Human/Machine. Questi dati restano sul tuo dispositivo e non mi vengono inviati. Puoi cancellarli eliminando le singole chat o i dati del sito dalle impostazioni del browser.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedermi in qualsiasi momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, opporti al trattamento o riceverli in un formato portabile (artt. 15-22 GDPR). Basta scrivere a mail@lapopaolacci.it. Se ritieni che il trattamento violi il GDPR, puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Non prendo decisioni automatizzate che abbiano effetti giuridici su di te. La chat AI risponde a domande su di me e non decide niente su di te.

This site is a chat with my AI version. It collects very little data, uses no cookies and has no analytics or advertising. Here's what happens to the information you leave.
Data controller
What data I process and why
Chat messages. What you write in the chat is sent to the provider of the AI model that generates the answers (OpenAI or Anthropic, see below). I don't store conversations on my systems. Please don't share sensitive personal data in the chat.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing the service you are using (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact form. If you write to me through the form, I process your name, email, request type, message and the chat you had so far, which I attach for context. I use them only to reply to you.
Legal basis: answering your request, including steps prior to a possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Technical data. Like any website, the server receives your IP address and some technical information (browser, time of the request). I use them to run the site, prevent abuse (for example too many requests in a short time) and fix errors.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives the data
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts the site and processes requests.
- OpenAI, L.L.C. and Anthropic PBC: provide the AI models that generate the chat answers; I use one of the two at any time. Under their API terms, data sent is not used to train models and is kept only for a limited period. Details at openai.com and anthropic.com.
- Google (Google Workspace / Apps Script, Sheets and Gmail): contact form requests are saved in my Google Sheet and sent to me by email.
These providers process data on my behalf. Some are based in the United States: transfers rely on the safeguards in Articles 44 and following of the GDPR (for example the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). I don't sell or share your data with anyone.
How long
- Contact form requests: as long as needed to handle them, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless we end up working together.
- Technical data and logs: a few days, according to Cloudflare's settings.
- Chat messages: I don't keep them. The AI model provider keeps them for a limited period under its terms.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no cookies or tracking tools, and fonts are served from here, with no third-party services. It does use your browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember your chats, contact form drafts and the Human/Machine mode. This data stays on your device and is never sent to me. You can clear it by deleting individual chats or the site's data in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Articles 15-22 GDPR). Just write to mail@lapopaolacci.it. If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
I make no automated decisions with legal effects on you. The AI chat answers questions about me and decides nothing about you.
